Why I Built JobPrepPro

A tool born from 20 years of watching job seekers get rejected for things they could easily fix

The Problem I Saw

I spent 20 years in B2B marketing. During that time, I watched job seekers struggle with something that broke my heart:

They'd apply to a job. Get rejected at screening. Never know why.

Sometimes it was obvious: They were missing keywords. Or their resume was formatted wrong. Or their recent experience didn't match what the company wanted.

But here's the thing: Nobody told them this.

They'd just get a form rejection email. "We've decided to move forward with other candidates." Nothing else.

So they'd reapply to the next job with the exact same resume.

And get rejected again.

The frustration I saw in people's faces was real. They weren't unqualified. Their resume just wasn't tailored to the job. And fixing it would have taken 30 minutes.

What I Built Instead

I started building products to solve marketing problems. I built Forge (AI-powered content creation). I built MondayDrops (email automation).

But this problem with job seekers never left my mind.

So I built JobPrepPro.
